HydroStrip™ CR (Chloroprene Rubber) is a high performance, hydrophilic, bentonite free strip applied waterstop. It is used in non-moving joints to prevent the passage of water through creating a compression seal. It comes in 3/8?x3/4? & 5/16?x1?. It has the ability to be used in Cast-In-Place Joints, Standard Precast Concrete Joints & Precast Concrete Tunnel Segment and it can resist from 30 psi to 100 psi of Hydrostatic Pressure depending on conditions. It has a 400% swell after 30 days of exposure to fresh water. Along with HydroStrip CR excellent physical properties, it can also has superb chemical resistance from Bleach to certain percentages of Sulfuric & Hydrochloric Acid.
